Account & Login Issues

If you're having trouble logging in or accessing your account, try clearing your browser cookies and logging in again. If the issue persists, email us with your account email address.

Credit & Payment Questions

Check your Wallet page for your current balance and transaction history. For billing disputes or missing credits, email us with the date and amount of the transaction. See also: How Credits Work, Refund Policy.

Paid Consultation Issues

If a consultation is not working as expected (e.g., expert not responding, credits not returned after expiry), email us with the consultation details. Consultations expire automatically after 7 days if unanswered.

Expert Payouts

For questions about your earnings or payout status, check your Earnings page first. For payout processing inquiries, email us. See also: Expert Payout Policy.

Report Abuse or Inappropriate Content

If you encounter spam, harassment, or inappropriate content, please report it by emailing us with a link to the content or a description of the issue. We take community safety seriously and will investigate promptly.
