We use your information to operate and improve BeeBridge, including: providing the community platform and translation services, processing credit purchases and subscription payments, matching you with relevant experts and content, sending service-related notifications, and maintaining the security of your account.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. BeeBridge does not store your credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment details. We retain only Stripe customer IDs and transaction references necessary to manage your credit balance and subscription status. BeeBridge uses AI-powered translation to convert your questions, answers, and messages into other languages. Your content is processed by our translation service to generate translations that are stored alongside the original text. We do not sell or share your content with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the translation service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (for payment processing), our hosting and infrastructure providers (to operate the Platform), and as required by law or to protect the rights and safety of BeeBridge and its users. Public questions and answers are visible to all users of the Platform.
Questions and answers posted publicly on BeeBridge are visible to all users and may appear in search engine results. Your profile name and country are displayed alongside your public contributions. Private conversations and paid consultations are visible only to the participants.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as financial transaction records). Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
