Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credit Pack Purchases

Credit packs (20, 50, or 100 credits) are one-time purchases. Because credits are a digital currency used immediately within the Platform, credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once the credits have been added to your wallet.

If you believe a purchase was made in error or you experience a technical issue that prevented credits from being delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your case and issue a refund if appropriate. Refunds for credit packs are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your BeeBridge Plus ($19/month) or BeeBridge Premium ($49/month) subscription at any time from your Wallet page. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Credits already granted for the current month remain in your wallet and can be used normally.
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan (50 credits/month).

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you retain full access and credits until the period ends.

Paid Consultation Refunds

When you create a paid consultation request, 180 credits (or 260 with priority) are locked from your wallet. These credits are held in escrow and are not deducted until the consultation is completed.

  • Unanswered consultations: If the expert does not respond within 72 hours, the consultation expires automatically and all locked credits are returned to your available balance in full.
  • Cancelled consultations: You may cancel a pending consultation at any time before the expert responds. Your locked credits are returned immediately.
  • Completed consultations: Once a consultation is completed (manually or auto-completed after 72 hours of inactivity), credits are settled. The platform charges a 20% fee on the base cost only (36 credits). The expert receives 144 credits for standard, or 224 credits with priority. Completed consultations are non-refundable.
  • Auto-completion: If you do not respond within 72 hours after the expert's last reply, the consultation auto-completes and credits are settled as above.

Stripe Refunds

If a refund is issued through Stripe (for example, due to a billing dispute or administrative correction), the corresponding credits will be deducted from your wallet balance. If your available balance is less than the refunded amount, your balance will be reduced to zero. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please visit our Contact page and include your account email, the date of the transaction, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
