Credit packs (20, 50, or 100 credits) are one-time purchases. Because credits are a digital currency used immediately within the Platform, credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once the credits have been added to your wallet.
If you believe a purchase was made in error or you experience a technical issue that prevented credits from being delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your case and issue a refund if appropriate. Refunds for credit packs are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method.
You may cancel your BeeBridge Plus ($19/month) or BeeBridge Premium ($49/month) subscription at any time from your Wallet page. When you cancel:
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you retain full access and credits until the period ends.
When you create a paid consultation request, 180 credits (or 260 with priority) are locked from your wallet. These credits are held in escrow and are not deducted until the consultation is completed.
If a refund is issued through Stripe (for example, due to a billing dispute or administrative correction), the corresponding credits will be deducted from your wallet balance. If your available balance is less than the refunded amount, your balance will be reduced to zero. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
To request a refund, please visit our Contact page and include your account email, the date of the transaction, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
