By accessing or using BeeBridge ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. BeeBridge reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
BeeBridge is a global beekeeping community platform that connects beekeepers across languages and borders. The Platform provides public question-and-answer forums, a directory of beekeepers, private paid consultations with verified experts, automatic translation of content, and a credit-based economy for premium features.
You must create an account to use most features of BeeBridge. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.
BeeBridge uses an internal credit system. Credits can be obtained through subscription plans or one-time purchases. Credits are used for paid consultations and premium features. All credit purchases are processed through Stripe and are subject to our Refund Policy. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Users may request private paid consultations with verified experts. When a consultation is created, the requesting user's credits are locked. If the expert responds and the asker marks the consultation as complete, the locked credits are settled: the expert receives their share and the platform retains a service fee. Unanswered consultations expire after 7 days, and locked credits are returned to the asker. See our Expert Payout Policy for details on expert earnings.
You agree not to use BeeBridge to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to impersonate others, spam, or use automated systems to access the Platform without permission. BeeBridge reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Content you post on BeeBridge remains your intellectual property. By posting, you grant BeeBridge a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, translate, and distribute your content within the Platform. BeeBridge's branding, design, and software are the property of BeeBridge and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
BeeBridge provides automatic AI-powered translations to help beekeepers communicate across languages. While we strive for accuracy, translations are provided "as is" and may contain errors. BeeBridge is not responsible for misunderstandings arising from translation inaccuracies. For critical decisions, we recommend consulting a professional translator.
Advice provided by experts on BeeBridge is based on their personal experience and knowledge. BeeBridge does not verify the accuracy of expert advice and is not liable for outcomes resulting from following such advice. Users should exercise their own judgment and consult local authorities or professionals when making important beekeeping decisions.
BeeBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
BeeBridge may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any unused credits in your account at the time of termination are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
